Our Made-to-Order Commitment
At Vertex Origin Studio, every item is custom-printed specifically for you when you place an order. Because we do not hold inventory, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. Please review the size chart on the product page carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will gladly issue a free replacement or a full refund. To submit a claim, contact us at support@vertexoriginstudio.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photographs showing the defect.
Lost in Transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. If tracking states an order was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
