Order Processing & Production

Vertex Origin Studio operates on a made-to-order model to ensure quality and reduce waste. All orders are processed and sent to production within 24 hours. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for your items to be printed, quality-checked, and packed.

Shipping Times

Domestic (US): 3–5 business days after production.
International: 7–14 business days after production, depending on destination.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard domestic shipping on all orders over $75.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, Vertex Origin Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
