All products are made to order. Product colours may vary slightly from screen representations due to monitor calibration and print processes.

By placing an order, you confirm all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel orders containing errors or fraudulent information.

3. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and branding on this site are the property of Vertex Origin Studio. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

Vertex Origin Studio is not liable for delays caused by our fulfillment partner, customs authorities, or carrier services beyond our control.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.

6. Consumer Rights (Quebec)

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes rights granted to consumers under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act or any other applicable Quebec law.
