1. Use of the store

These terms apply when you browse the Vertex Origin Studio online store or place an order. Please use the store only for lawful purposes and provide accurate information during checkout.

2. Product information

Product descriptions, available options, materials, care information, pricing, and any made-to-order details are shown on the applicable product page. Screen settings and photography can affect how colours appear. A material difference between the item received and the item ordered will be handled under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

3. Prices, taxes, and payment

The price, currency, applicable taxes, discounts, shipping charges, and order total shown at checkout apply to the transaction. Payment must be authorized through an available checkout method.

4. Orders

Please review the items, selected options, delivery address, and contact information before completing checkout. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. Any cancellation, correction, or fulfillment issue will be handled according to the circumstances of the order and applicable law.

The artwork, branding, text, graphics, and other store content owned by or licensed to Vertex Origin Studio may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission, except where applicable law allows.

The store may rely on third-party platforms and service providers for hosting, payment processing, production, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, or other operations. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

8. Artistic themes

Symbolic, geometric, cosmic, or spiritual themes are presented as artistic design elements. They are not medical, therapeutic, or health claims.

9. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights, legal warranties, or other protections that apply to a purchase.

10. Applicable law
